Floriana is in high school, loves her friends, and values her independence. One day, at the park, a boy asks her name, and she thinks he is just another guy trying his luck with a pretty girl, so she doesn’t answer. A week later, he’s back: he stops her on the street, waits for her in front of school, and then outside her house. He calls her by name and floods her phone with messages. This marks the beginning of a whirlwind of fear that lasts for three long months. Floriana retreats into herself, stops wearing skirts, and only leaves the house when absolutely necessary. She wants to ask for help, but first she needs to learn to call the boy who is stalking her by his real name: stalker.
